SAULT STE. MARIE - The third annual Christmas Lock-In for Youth will be from 6-9 p.m. Friday at the Lake Superior State Norris Center.

Children in grades 1-6 are welcome. Activities such as basketball, floor hockey, volleyball, movies and games will be offered. Snack and refreshments will be served.

The event is designed to give children a chance to interact in a fun, warm and supervised environment while their parents enjoy an evening out or Christmas shopping.

Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. To pre-register, contact Steve Eles, 906-635-2765. The cost is $10 per child.

Proceeds benefit the LSSU men's and women's track and field teams.
