AUBURN, Ind. - Lake Superior State golfers were shut out of the top 20 after struggling at the Great Lakes Regional No. 3 held Sunday and Monday at Deer Track Golf Course.

LSSU's low golfer was Frank Kucher Jr., who carded an 82-74-156 to tie for 38th. Brad Ward shot a 74-83-157 and tied for 44th, while Geoff Arnoldy had an 88-84-172 and tied for 87th. Mike Gietzen (87-88-175) tied for 90th.

The Lakers placed 19th in the team standings.
