May 4, 2004 UNION, Ky. - Lake Superior State senior Brad Ward fired a 5-over-par 76 to tie for 11th place on Monday during the first round of the NCAA Super Regional held at Lassing Pointe Golf Club. Ward is six shots out of the lead, but only three shots out of third place. The tournament will continue through Wednesday. He placed sixth last year. |
