May 5, 2004 UNION, Ky. - Lake Superior State senior Brad Ward fired a 2-over-par 73 on Tuesday to move from a tie for 11th place to a five-way tie for fourth place at the NCAA Super Regional held at Lassing Pointe Golf Club. Ward has a 76-73--149 total after two rounds and trails leader Brandon Parsons of Northern Kentucky by four strokes. Ward started the second round on hole No. 10 and was 3-over after eight holes. He birdied three of the next four holes to move to even par. He finished the round with a bogey on No. 5, a birdie on No. 6 and a double bogey on No. 8. The tournament concludes on Wednesday.
