Freshman (2006-07): Shared the Soo BlueLiners Outstanding Freshman Award with teammate Nathan Perkovich...Finished second among Laker rookies in points...Was fourth on the team overall in points during the Central Collegiate Hockey Association Playoffs with 3-1--4 despite missing one of the seven games due to an injury...Earned his first two collegiate points during the Lakers' 7-6 overtime victory at Ohio State (10/14)...Scored his first career goal during a 3-2 overtime victory over Nebraska-Omaha (1/6)...Scored a goal in each game of the Lakers' three-game CCHA Playoffs first-round series against Ferris State...Finished second among Laker defensemen in plus-minus rating at +5.

Prior to LSSU: Was the Ontario Provincial Junior Hockey League's Defenseman of the Year after totaling eight goals and 24 assists for the Stouffville Spirit in 2005-06...Helped lead the Spirit to the OPJHL North/West Conference title with a 26-10-9 record and played in the Canadian Junior A all-star game...Was also named the league's outstanding defenseman in 2004-05...Prior to the 2006 National Hockey League Entry Draft, was ranked 153rd on the NHL's Central Scouting List.
