MIDLAND - Tenth-ranked Northwood blanked the Lake Superior State men's tennis team 9-0 and improved its record to 9-1 overall and 4-0 in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

The Lakers, who are still vying for a top-eight seed in the Great Lakes Region, dropped to 5-6 overall and 3-3 in the GLIAC. Northwood is ranked second in the region, while LSSU is eighth.

LSSU traveled to Wayne State today.
