Christensen finished second on the pitching staff in strikeouts with 61 and batted .241 in 2007. She was also named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team. She holds Marquette High School's career record for strikeouts and innings pitched, and posted a 0.30 earned run average as a senior in 2005.
