BIG RAPIDS, Mich. - Megan LaMothe and Weronika Lomacka won their No. 1 doubles match, 8-6, to notch Lake Superior State's lone win during a Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's tennis match Friday at Ferris State.

Ferris State improved to 1-2 with the 8-1 victory, while LSSU fell to 0-4. The Lakers play Saturday at Grand Valley State.
