Lakers take on future conference foe Tiffin

TIFFIN, Ohio - Lake Superior State freshman Anais Molina and junior Rachel Hall notched their first collegiate singles victories as the Laker women's tennis team dropped a 7-2 non-conference decision at Tiffin Friday.

Tiffin, a future member of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, improved to 2-3. LSSU (0-7) plays at Findlay on Saturday.

Hall, a member of the Laker softball team, joined the women's tennis squad this week and is 1-1. Molina is a redshirt freshman competing her first full season.

Doubles results: 1. Hagiu-Stefanov (TU) def. LaMothe-Lomacka, 8-4; 2. Long-Stefanov (TU) def. Molly Magoon-Juan-Alladio, 8-5; 3. Greenawait-Clark (TU) def. Gardner-Molina, 8-4.
