MIDLAND - The Lake Superior State women's tennis team concluded its regular season with a 8-1 loss to undefeated Northwood on Saturday.

LSSU will take a 6-4 overall record and 5-4 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference mark into next weekend's GLIAC Tournament. Northwood improved to 7-0 overall and 7-0 in league play.

Celina Grondin, at No. 1 singles, posted the Lakers' only victory in the match.
